The devices for disinfecting the air and surfaces of the MidasAnAir® brand, are manufactured under patent no. 118844 and have a capacity to destroy up to 99% of the microorganisms in the air (bacteria, fungi, fungi, protozoa, yeasts), infallibly removing all influenza-causing viruses even those belonging to class A (H1N1, H5N1 ), SARS-CoV-2, COVID-19 The products have applicability both in large industries such as the MEDICAL INDUSTRY, FOOD AND HORECA INDUSTRY, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, COSMETIC INDUSTRY and SPA as well as for the individual user.
About UV Radiation
UV-C technology Radiation with a wavelength between 100 and 400nm is called ultraviolet radiation and we find it in sunlight. These are classified into three categories, depending on the wavelength: UV-A radiation - with a wavelength between 315 and 400nm UV-B radiation - with a wavelength between 280 and 315nm UV-C radiation - with a wavelength between 100 and 280nm Ultraviolet radiation with a maximum germicidal effect is UV-C in the 254nm wave spectrum (the point at which the nucleic acids of microorganisms have maximum absorption).

Operating principle of MidasAnAir® devices - Patent no. 118 844
The air loaded with microorganisms is entrained in the device, through the air circulation system. Inside the housing are located UV-C generators, whose radiation is concentrated by a system of ellipsoidal mirrors that form a resonant cavity, which leads to a maximum efficiency of the device. The air circulation time is chosen optimally, taking into account the energy needed to destroy each type of microorganism and the energy delivered by the generators.
